Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mantrana Tech Pvt Ltd ("Mantrana", "we", "us"), Gurugram, India. They govern your use of mantrana.io, our test platform, and every service we provide through them (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account, taking a test, or simply using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

Mantrana is built for students preparing for competitive exams such as JEE Main and JEE Advanced, and for the parents, teachers, and institutions who support them.

• If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate information when registering — insights built on false information help no one, least of all you.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to retake diagnostics or distort benchmarks is not allowed.
• Tell us immediately at admin@mantrana.io if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We provide diagnostic and practice tests, AI-generated analysis of your attempts, readiness scores, benchmarks, and personalised study guidance. The diagnostic test is free; we may introduce additional free or paid features over time, and will always be clear about what costs money before you commit to it.

Our insights are only as honest as your attempts. When taking a test on the Platform you agree to:

• Attempt tests yourself, without external help, solvers, or other people answering for you.
• Stay within the test window — not switching tabs, apps, or devices where the test rules prohibit it.
• Not copy, photograph, screenshot, or redistribute questions or answer keys.
• Not use multiple accounts, bots, or scripts to manipulate scores, ranks, or benchmarks.

Violations may lead to an attempt being voided, benchmarks excluded, or an account suspended — because they corrupt the very comparisons other students rely on.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content, questions, or data from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models, algorithms, or question banks.
• Interfere with the Platform’s operation — including probing, overloading, or bypassing security measures.
• Upload malicious code or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content without our written permission.

The Platform — including its questions, tests, analysis, insights, reports, design, software, and branding — belongs to Mantrana or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning.

Your data remains yours. The test responses and personal information you provide are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — and the insights we generate for you are for your personal use.

Our readiness scores, predictions, and recommendations are generated by AI models analysing your attempts. They are designed to guide your preparation — they are not a promise of any rank, score, or admission.

Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond any platform’s sight. Use our insights as a smart compass, alongside the judgment of your teachers and mentors — never as a verdict on your ability.

We work hard to keep the Platform fast and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may add, change, or retire features — and if a change materially affects you mid-attempt or mid-plan, we will do our best to handle it fairly.

You may stop using the Platform and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — particularly test-integrity violations — after fair consideration. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantrana disclaims all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
