Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a Mantrana plan or order, and what happens when you do. It applies to plans purchased on mantrana.io and should be read together with our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

You can cancel a checkout at any time before completing payment — simply close the payment window or leave the checkout page. Nothing is charged and no plan is created, so there is nothing further to do.

Mantrana plans are access-based: once activated, a plan gives you the tests, analysis, and tools included in it for its validity period. You can stop using your plan at any time.

• One-time plans — remain active for their full validity. "Cancelling" simply means you choose not to renew or repurchase; access continues until the plan expires.
• Recurring plans (where applicable) — cancelling turns off auto-renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

To cancel a plan or turn off renewal:

• By email — the quickest way is to write to help@mantrana.io from your registered email, with your name, registered phone number, and order number. We confirm the cancellation once processed.
• From your account — where available, you can manage or cancel your plan under My Account.

Cancelling a plan does not by itself create a refund. Whether any amount is refundable is governed by our Refund Policy — in short, a duplicate or failed payment is always refunded, and an unused plan may qualify for a refund within 7 days of purchase, while a substantially used plan does not.

In rare cases we may cancel an order or plan — for example, a suspected fraudulent transaction, a pricing or technical error, or a breach of our Terms of Use. If we cancel an order you have paid for and no service was delivered, we refund the amount in full.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Mantrana after changes means you accept the updated policy.
